AANS scholarship
The AANS is offering one grant of $2,000 in support of a one year graduate research project in the field of Netherlandic studies, to be conducted in the Netherlands or Belgium. Under exceptional circumstances, an additional scholarship may be awarded.
The field of Netherlandic studies is broadly defined and includes research on aspects of Dutch culture as they relate to Indonesia or South Africa, or research on the Afrikaans language. The grant is intended for citizens or residents of the United States who study at an American university. Preference is given to those scholars who do not receive support from their home institutions.
